Consulting related to senior management and the use of both lean and six sigma methodologies; the mindset and toolset needed to gain a competitive advantage; and alignment of operations with strategy, improve metrics, monitoring and decision-making with sustainable, data-based solutions. Training that keys off of and supports consulting efforts, or is an extension of previous training efforts or an initial training effort. Charles was honored with the 2023 ASQ Six Sigma Forum Award for Advancement of Six Sigma.
